Each individual is permitted to hold one active MustPlay account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different devices, different payment methods or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. MustPlay uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals reviewed before release.
MustPlay is an online entertainment platform. It is your personal responsibility to understand the rules applicable in your location before using the platform. MustPlay makes no representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction and does not provide legal advice. You access and use MustPlay entirely at your own risk and discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MustPlay login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your account details with any other person. You may request to close your MustPlay account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets that have not yet been settled will remain open until their natural conclusion unless exceptional circumstances apply. Any remaining PKR balance after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable verification process.
MustPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
MustPlay accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned if identified.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the deposit section of your MustPlay account and may vary by payment method. MustPlay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider — particularly for bank transfers — may apply their own transaction charges. MustPlay has no control over and is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same PKR payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and, where no verification holds are outstanding, processed within the timeframe displayed in the withdrawal section at the time of request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers due to the nature of those payment rails.
MustPlay may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice for online platforms and protects both you and the platform from fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership or other documentation as reasonably required. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. VIP account holders may be subject to different limits as communicated directly by the MustPlay team.
All bets placed on MustPlay — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the bet slip carefully before confirming. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted by the system unless MustPlay specifically offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for that particular market.
Odds on all sports and Esports markets are displayed in your preferred format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds change continuously to reflect the state of the match or event. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
MustPlay reserves the right to void a bet — returning the stake to your account balance — in the following circumstances:
All casino and slot game outcomes at MustPlay are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. MustPlay does not manipulate game outcomes. Past results on any slot or casino game have no influence on future results — each spin, hand or round is an independent event. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game studios and are long-term statistical averages, not guarantees applicable to any individual session.
Live Casino tables are managed by real dealers in real time. All actions taken at a Live Casino table — including bets placed and hands played — are final once confirmed. Technical disconnection during a Live Casino session does not entitle a player to a refund of bets that were already placed and accepted prior to disconnection.
In the event of a genuine technical malfunction that directly affects the outcome of a game or bet in a way that cannot be resolved, MustPlay will make a fair determination on a case-by-case basis. MustPlay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer has specific terms — including minimum deposit amounts in PKR, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these Terms when you claim that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement has been fully met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal. Only bets placed on eligible games or markets contribute towards wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for different game types is listed in the specific bonus terms.
MustPlay monitors bonus usage. Where it is determined that a player is systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement — MustPlay reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and, in repeat cases, restrict future bonus eligibility for that account.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one active bonus can be held at a time. If you make a deposit while an existing bonus is active, the new deposit will be credited to your real-money balance and will not automatically trigger a new bonus until the existing bonus has been cleared or expired.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on MustPlay and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
